Our Accessibility Convention

We make every effort to serve all populations including populations at one level or another.

Our hotel is housed in an ancient building and in places where we have not been able to produce optimal physical accessibility then our service replaces the physical preparation.

Entering our hotel involves a small ascent – we have a ramp as well as auxiliary staff who have received matching training. You can call reception or make an appointment with us in advance and we will assist with entry.

The road to the elevator is accessible, as well as the elevator itself, the dining room is accessible and the mobility around the hotel is adjusted and accessible.

The elevator buttons are lit and when needed there is a public address system.

On the reception floor there are disabled services, an inspiration loop for people with hearing impairments and there is a possibility for a computerized dialogue if necessary.

We have an accessible and wheelchair accessible room and must be requested when booking.

Our hotel is located in the city center which is closed to private vehicles and therefore we have no parking at all, no regular parking and no disabled parking.
